Networks in urban environment
CLEANFAST (fibre optic)
The road trencher with vacuum known as CLEANFAST is the ideal tool for the deployment of fibre optic networks in urban and motorway environments.
Â
The CLEANFAST design is based on a cutting wheel with axial drive for creating micro-trenchers with simultaneous vacuuming and storing of the waste material. It provides the following:
- A sawing depth down to 500 mm
- A sawing width up to 130 mm
- The simultaneous mechanised installation of the network
- Infill of the trench with a quick setting self-installation mortar
- A rate of allant 600 ml/day per day in town.
Â
Among the advantages of this took: the cleanliness of the trenches and of the work site, vehicle traffic maintained during the work and limited inconvenience to neighbours, increased safety on the work site, preservation of the tarmac body. Finally, it can reduce the cost of construction considerably.
